Gratitude is self-care gold and a running theme in my life. Just like anything else that’s good for us, gratitude becomes a habit through consistent practice.
I once read you could use periods of pause, like sitting in traffic, making a cup of coffee or waiting for something to download as a “cue” to remember to practice gratitude.
That “cue” for me is brushing my teeth! Those two minutes or so it takes to brush and floss is the perfect time to do a mental gratitude practice. I often run through a list of things I am grateful for, both of which have and have not manifested yet. There is power to that, trust me.
Speaking of gratitude, I am forever thankful for stuff that make my life easier. I get a lot of products sent my way to test for BABESKILLS and I only get on board to share things that actually WORK and add value to my life (and hopefully yours).
Navigating life as a busy new mama, things seem to be falling through the cracks now more than ever. Remembering to replace my electric toothbrush head (which should be done quarterly ya’ll) is unfortunately one of things.
Enter BRUUSH— a premium electric toothbrush subscription which automatically sends three new brush heads every 6 months, giving you one less thing to think about! You know I’m a huge fan of outsourcing and putting whatever I can on auto-pilot!
Aside from the convenience factor, BRUUSH far outperforms the Oral-B Pro I’ve been using for years! The charge lasts up to 4 WEEKS which is key. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve woken up to a dead toothbrush and a wrench in my morning routine. It also has multiple cleaning modes. I’m loving the one specifically for your tongue.
Oh, did I mention it’s really a sleek, sexy looking device and comes with a travel case + 3 brush heads to get you started?!
With so many ways to automate our lives, modernizing a seamless morning ritual is one I can get behind!
If you want to give Bruush a try, they’re offering my readers 20% off. Use code SMILE20!
When’s the last time your changed your toothbrush head?! Would you give a toothbrush subscription a try?
+ this post is in collaboration with Bruush. I ONLY work with brands I love and trust. As always, all opinions are my own.
