It’s Thursday, which is basically the weekend in our world, so let’s talk cocktails!
Now that it’s fall, it’s time to swap the OJ for AJ. This skinny little bevy combines two of our ultimate favs: champs + apple cider!! Oh and did we mention this Apple Cider Mimosa also has some “health benefits”::
- Cinnamon– boosts memory, promotes weight loss and contains iron/calcium
- Apples-helps control weight, detoxifies liver (multi-tasking at it’s finest?), reduces cholesterol, protects against all sorts of cancers, boosts immunity etc
Here’s another quick tip: make SURE you’re using ALL natural/organic apple cider that’s NOT from concentrate
To Make:
1. Wet the rim of a champagne glass
2. Roll rim in cinnamon spice
3. Carefully add equal parts champagne or prosecco with equal parts apple cider
4. Finally, an dried apple wedge for garnish never hurt anyone
