How Do You Eat Super Seeds?
I keep my magic “super seeds” in a bowl on my counter and put them on literally almost everything I can! These seeds add a crunchy, nutrient-packed flavor boost and the taste is on point.
I love to put the seed blend in my oatmeal, on top of toast with almond butter and in my salads and smoothies!
I haven’t tried it yet but you can even bake the seeds into breads and muffins, put them in juices/cocktails or eat them as a “breakfast” cereal of sorts w/ almond milk!
