Smoothies are great because it gives you the chance to nourish your body with nutrients that you might not otherwise get. For example, you can pack smoothies with all types of antioxidants and vitamins like berries, spinach, kale, chai seeds, etc. The options are totally endless. We’re always trying new recipes and this coconut one peaked our curiosity big time! Who doesn’t love a little coco?

We love smoothies because you can make them your own. You can add something you might think would be good and make alterations to any recipe Whatever works!! I made this coconut smoothie in my Magic Bullet blender which, by the way, is totally amazing. Get one if you don’t have! (Bed Bath & Beyond) It’s so easy and there’s no clean up!
**Note: You can measure the below ingredients according to what size of blender you are using — you can eyeball the amounts.
What you’ll need:
Coconut Milk
Greek Yogurt
Organic Spinach
1 Banana (small/medium depending on how much you can fit into your blender)
1 Green Apple (cut into small pieces so it blends easy)
1 Organic Pear (I used 1/2 because I couldn’t fit it all in my blender)
Shredded Coconut
How to Achieve:
Simply put all of the above ingredients into your blender and mix with ice. Enjoy!
