Hi guys! It’s “launch eve” of the Babeskills Podcast and I wanted to pop on to share a little about what you can expect and let you in on why I am starting a podcast for Babeskills in the first place!
I’ve been in the blogging game for over a decade. What started out as a hobby in 2008 (told yah I’m an OG) gave me the experience I needed to launch a solo career in the digital marketing space. As my client list and their clout grew, I continued to hold on to my blog as a place to express myself creatively. I wasn’t focused on growth but more importantly connection.
When I moved to Columbus after college and then on to Chicago, I found “my people” online through this little space on the internet.
After countless coffee dates with my friends, followers and peers, one common theme always cropped up in conversation and that was the desire to go deeper.
I continued posting my outfits on my blog but started talking about gratitude, healthy mindset and struggles with anxiety. Afterwards, the Babeskills tribe grew quicker and stronger than ever.
I’ve found that now, more than ever, we’re craving deeper human connections that go beyond what is revealed on the Instagram highlight reel.
After years of thinking about it, I’m finally launching the Babeskills Podcast. It will be a space where we can get to know one another more intimately.
As a busy mom, I also love that podcasts are one of the ONLY mediums that don’t waste your time. I wanted to create something you could access while simultaneously doing something productive like the StairMaster at the gym, traveling or cooking dinner for your cute fam.
Join me each Thursday on the podcast, as I chat with mompreneurs who are straight killing their career game to uncover the healthy habits and mindset hacks that have manifested their success.
We dive deep into the skills these babes are using to find joy in the juggle and keep things high vibe with topics like: gratitude, clean beauty, self-care, mindfulness, and morning routines.
It’s my hope that these honest conversations will inspire you to align with what lights you up and step into your power as your highest self!
