
For the most part, those of us who lead healthy, active lifestyles want to eat clean meals and snacks, right? But, who can eat that 100% of the time? Snooze. Well, one of my favorite snacks is a little clean with a touch of not-so-clean (if you consider caramel rice cakes and peanut butter not clean). It’s a step outside of the box and super simple. Behold the peanut butter rice cake; I went all out and dolled it up a bit. On top of the pb, I added two of my favorite spices nutmeg and cinnamon then banana slices and agava netcar for an extra touch of sweetness. It’s the perfect snack pre or post workout and it’s light on the stomach so it doesn’t weigh you down.

– Natural Peanut Butter
– Honey
– 1 Banana
– Nutmeg and Cinnamon
